At Arm's Length 1

Simon Cox hangs in a sling. Eddie Moreno takes in the dark meat swinging in front of him. Cox swallows the fist without trouble. Moreno pushes deeper. His tattooed forearm slides in right up to the elbow. Both men look caught off guard by how far it goes. Cox takes the hands again, then spits them out. His hole opens wide and he shoots hard across his stomach.
