Preston Johnson shows up at Dr. Derek Parker’s office in 2013 with a three-pound metal ball lodged deep in his gut. Parker’s gloves snap on and the lube flows. His fist rams past the rim, knuckles grinding until the heavy sphere slides free with a wet pop. The exam isn’t over. Parker strips, ink and muscle on display, cock rock-hard. He sinks his fist back inside Johnson’s hairy cheeks, twisting deeper, stretching the hole wider. Johnson drops to all fours on command. Parker drives one arm in and out in hard punches while he jerks himself with the free hand. Tension peaks. Parker grunts and fires thick ropes across Johnson’s arched back.
